Be kind to yourself. Always. There are going to be days where you second guess every thought, every action; on those days put on a kettle for a cup of tea, reach for your favorite book, dress in your most comfortable clothes and rest. Be mindful of how special you are. Go for a long walk in nature, focus on the rustling of the leaves in the breeze, the sweet call of the birds, the sun on your face. Allow yourself to be still. Turn off your phone, the television, the noise. Give yourself the gift of silence. You are such a gift to the world, wrap yourself with loving thoughts, fill your mind with memories that nourish.
